RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All good sold by TC TRADE in https://walkwithme.asia are not returnable or exchangable or refundable. Except when there is defect found that are due to manufacturer’s fault.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition within 7 days of receiving the goods. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. TC TRADE will also not be responsible if the return shipment is lost during the return transit. Only after TC TRADE have checked and approved the goods/products returned, customer will received their refund within 30 working days after the confirmation. All costs associated with the returning and redelivery of goods (whichever applicable) will be borned by the customer.
